New Broker Account Sales Specialists begin their development through a 60-day training program under the direct support of a Brokerage Director. Podium Logistics invests in our sales team for a successful future by equipping them with knowledge of how the freight industry works, practical application on how to book and fulfill loads, and sales training on how to build a portfolio of new customers.
Our Specialists can expect a brisk career path that begins as Coordinators and progresses through positions as Managers, Directors, Executives and Sr. Executives.
